An unpasteurised Organic Caerphilly made by the Trethowan Brothers in Somerset. Very creamy to the outer, as the cheese matures, with a crumbly fresh citrus inner that makes this a must addition to any cheese board. Voted Best British Cheese at the World Cheese Awards 2021/22. This cheese is not suitable for our Vegetarian customers.
