Dolcelatte originates from the region of Lombardy in Northern Italy, where Galbani has been making authentic Italian cheeses since 1882. Dolcelatte is a smooth and creamy blue cheese which offers a milder alternative to some of the stronger flavoured blue cheeses. It has a smooth soft creamy texture, making it extremely versatile – fantastic on its own, great as an addition to pasta, pizza, risotto and more.

Ingredients: Milk, cream (milk), salt, vegetarian coagulant. Suitable for vegetarians.
