A superb, smooth and creamy cheese made from cow’s milk. The rind of the Vacherousse d’Argental is slightly washed with  a brine and coloured very slightly with a natural colourant called Annatto a firmer alternative to Brie more akin to a semi-soft cheese a firm favourite all year round.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cows MILK,salt, Starter cultures,vegetarian rennet annatto extract.
