Buffalo Mozzarella is made from the milk of the water buffalo from selected provinces of Southern Italy. It is a fresh cheese, with a delicate taste. It is a perfect ingredient for traditional Mediterranean dishes including pizza, pasta or just in a delicious salad of tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
